COMPLAINTS AGAINST SONOGRAPHERS

ASAR does not handle professional misconduct complaints as it is not a registration board and ASAR does not have the authority to remove a Sonographer from the Registry due to professional misconduct, nor the ability to prevent a Sonographer from practicing.

Guide To Making Complaint About a Sonographer or Student Sonographer

In Australia, the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers is a minimum set of standards of conduct for all health service providers and Sonographers are included in this group of health professionals.
