CPD Point Loading

Thank you for your feedback on your CPD point management through the online system.

We have addressed your feedback and have implemented an improvement which should resolve any issues you had around CPD point loading. 

We are aware that some members lost historical points and we have restored these from a backup from December 2016. There is potential that you may have some historical missing points from prior to this time so if you notice this, please let us know and we will reinstate them for you. Please include the last date you saw them there if you happen to remember as that helps to resolve it for other members.

If you find you have any duplicate points please feel free to delete your own or just let us know and we’ll do it for you. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, as you know, sometimes technology doesn’t work as it’s intended to but we hope you find these improvements have made a difference.
