Feedback and Complaints

ASAR welcomes your feedback. If you have any complaints relating to any aspects of ASAR activities, please complete the Complaints notification form.

Please note that ASAR is not a registration board.

ASAR does not have the authority to remove a Sonographer from the Registry due to professional misconduct, nor the ability to prevent a Sonographer from practicing.

ASAR is only able to remove a Sonographer from the Registry if they:

  •  fail to meet CPD requirements and or
  •  fail to pay annual fees

Upon completion of the Complaints notification form you should sign it and forward it to:

Alternatively you can scan the Complaints notification form and email it to registry@asar.com.au.

Upon receipt of the Complaints notification form, you will receive acknowledgement from the ASAR Secretariat and your Complaints notification form will be tabled at the next scheduled ASAR Board meeting.

You will be notified of any outcomes (where applicable).

ASAR requests that you keep a copy of the Complaints notification form for your records. Unsigned feedback forms cannot be accepted by ASAR.
